It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that Shri Nagendra Kumar learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.2 has served a counter affidavit on 24.6.2016.

Office has submitted its report pursuant to the order dated 23.5.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.5680 of 1997 that counter affidavit filed by the learned A.G.A. is not traceable.

Therefore, learned A.G.A. is directed to supply counter affidavit on the next date of listing which was served upon the learned counsel for the applicant on 24.6.2016.
