JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vishnu Chandra Gupta,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed with a prayer to grant some more time for appearance before the court concerned so that the petitioner may get the benefit of the order dated 4.7.2014 passed by this court.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in case petitioner deposits the cost of Rs. 5,000/- and appears before the court concerned within ten days from today and applies for bail, the benefit of the order dated 4.7.2014 shall be extended to the petitioner.
Accordingly this application is disposed of.
