1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
(A) your Lordships be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or direction, directing respondents authorities to regularize the long service of the petitioner in regular set up of Clerk, and grant all the consequential benefits of pay scale with increments, under the State Government resolutions, in the interest of justice and equity.
(B) Your Lordships be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to take a decision on the pending representation dated 29.09.2011 (Annexure 'A') within such stipulated time as may be deem fit by this Hon'ble Court after affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a reasoned order considering the submission made herein above and place a decision on record of this petition, pending the admission, hearing and final disposal of this petition.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioner restricted his prayer only to the effect that respondents are directed to decide the representation dated 29th September, 2011 pending before them within a reasonable period of time.
3. In view of the above, the respondent-authorities are directed to decide the representation dated 29th September, 2011, pending before them within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. With the above observations and directions, the present petition stands disposed of. Notice is discharged.
