JUDGMENT / ORDER

Prajapati, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not press this petition.
As the petition is not pressed, the same is hereby dismissed. Rule is discharged. No order as to costs.
Mr.Prajapati, learned counsel for the petitioner however, submits that as the petitioner is occupying the land in question since number of years, the petitioner would make an application before the respondent-authorities for allotment of appropriate land within the city of Ambaji.
In view of the above statement made by learned counsel Mr.Prajapati, if such an application is made by the petitioner, the respondent-authority shall consider the same in accordance with law.
