Learned counsel, Mr.Amrita Ajmera for the appellant states that this group of matters is in fact arising out of connected First Appeal Nos.1467/2010 to 1472/2010, which is pending before the Division Bench and, therefore, this group of matters may also be kept along with said First Appeal.

The registry is, therefore, directed to place this matter before the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice for appropriate orders.
