JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Mahendra Dayal,J.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the reliefs claimed in the writ petition but restricts his prayer only to the extent that the representation preferred by the petitioner, may be directed to be decided, to which learned Chief Standing Counsel has no objection.
Accordingly without entering into the merits of the case writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the opposite parties to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of certified copy of this order is produced before him, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
