Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Manoj Kumar Yadav for the respondent no.14, Gram Panchayat, Gosaipur.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief -
"i. issue an order or direction and direct the Hon'ble Board of Revenue, U.P. Allahabad to decide the Second Appeal No.05/2014 Jagdish Vs. Indraj and others, pending in the Court of Hon'ble Board of Revenue, U.P. Allahabad, within stipulated time the learned court below (Hon'ble Board of Revenue, U.P. Allahabad within stipulated time)."
It has been contended that the second appeal is pending for the last four years and is being adjourned repeatedly.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the Board of Revenue may endeavour to decide the matter, as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
