Sri KR Singh, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel, on instruction from Special Secretary, U.P. Government, states that a decision has been taken by the State Government on 17 Sept. 2018 rejecting the claim of the applicants for regularisation of their services in U.P. State Warehouse Corporation as they were held to be employee of the contractor and not that of the Corporation. A copy of the said order has also been placed on record after serving its copy on counsel for the applicants.
Under the order of the writ court, the State Government was required to take decision with regard to the claim of the applicants for regularisation of their services.
Since a decision has already been taken and therefore, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the instant matter, but leaves it open to the applicants to challenge the decision in appropriate proceedings, if they feel aggrieved thereby.
The contempt application stands disposed of.
