Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel.
The applicant is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobeying the order dated 17.12.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.43397 of 2016 (Jagdish v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, affidavit of compliance dated 20.08.2019 has been filed by learned Standing Counsel intimating that the aforesaid order has been complied with. The said affidavit of compliance be taken on record.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this application and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged. However, this order would not preclude the applicant to agitate his claim before the appropriate forum/court.
