JUDGMENT / ORDER

From a perusal of the averments and the material on record of this petition/application, it appears prima facie, that the order of this Court dated 11 February 2015 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 8261 of 2015 and the order dated 17 July 2015 passed in Contempt Application (Civil) No. 4168 of 2015, has not been complied with and that there has been wilful and deliberate disobedience of the said order.
Accordingly, let notices be issued to opposite party returnable within four weeks.
