Heard Shri Anubhav Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the respondent no. 1, Shri Shivam Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the respondents no. 2 and 3 and Shri Rahul Pandey, learned counsel for the respondents no. 4,5 and 6.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking quashing of the transfer order dated 10.5.2018 whereby he has been transferred from Bareilly to Lucknow. The order mentions that he has been transferred because of the illness of his son. The petitioner states that his son is under treatment in Bareilly but the medical certificate is of a private doctor. He has not been able to show as to why he will not get adequate medical facilities in Lucknow which has a Post Graduate Institute and also a Medical College of repute, therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.
The writ petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
However, the petitioner may represent to the respondent no. 4 for redressal of his grievances.
