Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner is that a final order passed in proceeding under Section 28 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has not been incorporated in the map.
Perusal of the order sheet reveals that till date, a parwana required to be issued by the Court concerned has not been issued.
The petitioner may approach the Tehsildar along with a certified copy of this order seeking issuance of a parwana so that the order passed by him can be incorporated in the map.
In case, such an application along with certified copy of this order has been filed before the Tehsildar within a period of two weeks and the Court concerned may endeavour to decide the application of the petitioner within a period of 10 days thereafter.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands, disposed of.
