Grievance of petitioner is that certain individuals are extracting money without any authority of law during Mela organized at Masuriyan Devi Temple.
Though allegations are made against individuals but none of them are impleaded as respondents in the writ petition. We are not inclined to entertain petitioner's complaint against private persons, particularly when they are not a party in writ proceedings. We otherwise find that the proceedings under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. have been initiated by the petitioner and a First Information Report has also been lodged and remedy of the petitioner would be to pursue such proceedings. No direction is, therefore, required to be issued in this writ petition.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
