Heard Shri Udayan Nandan, learned counsel for the appellant and Shri K.K. Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondents.
The parties have entered into the compromise dated 12.7.2017 in this appeal and have filed a joint affidavit for deciding the appeal in terms of the compromise. The compromise was sent to the court concerned for verification of signatures of signatories to the compromise.
The court below has returned the compromise alongwith its order dated 23.01.2018 stating that parties have appeared before the court and have affirmed the compromise. The signatures of signatories have been verified.
In view of the above, this appeal is decided in terms of the compromise dated 12.7.2017. The compromise shall be made part of the decree of this appeal.
