This criminal appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 10.09.2002 passed by the Additional District Judge, Fast Track court, Agra in S.T. No.484 of 1997 under Section 324, 326 IPC Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Agra.
From perusal of the report of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra dated 06.05.2021, it transpires that the sole appellant- Jagdish Prasad has died.
In view of the above stated fact that the sole accused appellant has since expired during the course of the pendency of this appeal, this criminal appeal stands abated.
Consequently, this criminal appeal is dismissed as abated on account the death of the sole accused-appellant.
The present criminal appeal is accordingly, dismissed as abated.
