The office has reported on 19 January 2019 that notice to engage another counsel was again issued to the sole appellant by registered post fixing 17 October 2016 but neither undelivered cover has been received back after service nor any appearance has been filed as yet.
It appears that the appellant is not interested to pursue this appeal. It is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution.
