Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The instant petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide Suit No. 909 of 1999 within specified period.
The order-sheet of the case discloses that some transfer proceeding was filed before the District Judge. Otherwise also, it appears that in Writ C No. 27957 of 2017, already a direction was issued to decide the suit within six months.
Considering that already a direction has been issued and it is not clear from the record as to whether there is any legal impediment in proceeding further in the matter, keeping in mind that from the order dated 10.09.2018 it appears that some transfer application has been filed before the District Judge, this Court considers it appropriate to dispose off this petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to move expedite application before the court concerned, in case there is no legal implediment in proceeding further in the suit.
