The bail application of the petitioner has not been disposed of in spite of the fact that interim bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 24.12.2010.
Learned AGA has also tried to point out that the bail is tied up to the earlier Presiding Officer.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the bail application has never been heard nor it is tied up to the earlier Presiding Officer and the petitioner's counsel is ready to argue the bail application before the link officer either today as the matter is fixed for today or on the next date fixed by the court.
In these circumstances, the learned AGA will inform this Court about the disposal of the bail application on the next date.
