By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has sought that the respondent no.1 be directed to decide the aforesaid case as Computer No.D20141653001563 of 2014 (Jagdish Prasad Dubey Versus Satish Chandra Dubey and others) pending in the court of Up-Ziladhikari Mirzapur under section 176 U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act for the partisan of the land mentioned in Khata No.261 and 297 situated in village-Sarawan, Taaluka-Majhwan, Pargana-Sadar, District-Mirzapur.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.1, that he shall take endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of one and half year in accordance with law unless there is any legal impediment.
