Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Babu Ram Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent no. 5.
It appears that the petitioners have approached this Court by means of this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to direct the respondent no. 2 to conduct a proper and fair investigation against the respondent nos. 4 and 5 with regard to the allegations made by the petitioners in the complaint filed by them before the respondent no. 2.
Writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 2 to examine the matter dispassionately and pass appropriate order on the petitioner's complaint.
