Jagdish Manubhai Parmar vs The State Of Gujarat &

High Court Of Gujarat|24 December, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

From the record it transpires that respondent no. 2 and 3, to whom notice of Rule was issued on 20.06.2012, are not served, and the Rule is not received back. Learned advocate for the applicant Mr. Zubin F. Bharda, points out that earlier learned advocate Mr. Tejas M. Barot was appearing on behalf of said respondents, but subsequently, he has not been appearing.
The Revision Application is of 2005 and has been listed for 56 times. It appears that the matter is not taken up for hearing only because of non-service of above respondents.
Therefore, Registry may issue fresh notice of Rule to respondent no. 2 and 3. The applicant shall also additionally serve the respondent no.2 and 3 by Registered Post Acknowledgment Due. Fresh notice as above is made returnable on 21.01.2013.
