JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M.A.No.7255 of 2007) This is an application for amendment filed in February, 2007.
No objection against this application has been filed.
The submission of learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner is that writ petition was filed against the order issued by the Barabanki Gramin Bank. Now, the bank has been amalgamated into Aryavart Gramin Bank and, therefore, in the interest of justice, it is necessary to implead the Aryavart Gramin Bank as opposite parties in the writ petition in place of Barabanki Gramin Bank.
On due consideration, the application is allowed.
Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner is permitted to implead Aryavart Gramin Bank as opposite parties in the writ petition in place of Barabanki Gramin Bank, within a week.
