Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Additional Civil Judge (S.D.), Court No. 2, Mathura to decide Original Suit No. 320 of 2017, Abdul Rahman and others Vs. Jagdish Kashyap within a stipulated period.
Suit is of the year 2017. As such, I am not inclined to issue any such direction as prayed for in this petition.
This petition is, accordingly, dismissed at this stage. No costs.
