JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is in jail since 5.2.2010 in connection with an offence under section 395, 397, 412 IPC. The applicant is not named in the FIR and there is no evidence of identification as well.
Taking into consideration facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, bail application is allowed.
Let applicant Jagdish @ Guddu Hajjam son of Yogendra Hajjam involved in case crime no. 4 of 2010, under section 395, 397, 412 IPC, Police Station Sikanderpur District Ballia be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
