Heard Sri R.K.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for respondent no.1 and Sri Sudhanshu Srivastava for respondent nos.2 to 5.
The sole prayer of the petitioner is that a direction be issued to respondent no.5 for taking a decision in regard to fixation of salary of the petitioner. In this regard a representation has been made on 23.1.2019.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no.5 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 23.1.2019 in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
