Petitioners are before this Court assailing the validity of the order impugned dated 13.7.2018 passed by Civil Judge (S.D.) Aligarh in Original Suit No. 79 of 2018, whereby the Commissioner Report 35-Ga has been accepted against which the petitioners have filed their objection.
In the facts and circumstances, without adverting on the merits of the case, the Court is of the considered opinion that in case, the petitioners are aggrieved by the order impugned, the same can very well be assailed before the appellate court and as such no relief can be granted by this Court.
The writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
