JUDGMENT G.P. Srivastva, J.
1. Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
2. According to the prosecution case a boy aged about 6 years when he was playing out of the house was kidnapped on 11.12.05. Thereafter some unknown person on telephone demanded ran sum of Rs. 6 lacs. On electronic surveillance it was revealed that the unknown person telephoned from the P.C.O. of Diwan Singh Kushwaha police Station Baserhi Dhaulpur who informed that on 24.12.05 at about 4.00 P.M. the applicant sent a phone call to the informant for ransum. The applicant was arrested and on his pointing the kidnappee boy was recovered. During the process of recovery the culprits opened fire on the police party. There is evidence of complicity and the boy was recovered from the possession of the applicant. No ground for bail is made out. The bail application is rejected.
