This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent no. 1 Additional Commissioner Bareilly Mandal, Bareilly to decide the stay application dated 02.08.2019 (Annexure No. 6) in view of the order dated 26.08.2010 (Annexure no. 5) passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation Pilibhit at place of Bareilly (Respondent no. 5)."
Petitioner seeks direction for expeditious disposal of his appeal filed against order rejecting his application for cancellation of allotment. The appeal has been filed in the year 2018.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1 Additional Commissioner Bareilly Mandal, Bareilly to decide the revision of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
