Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for respondents 2,3 and 4.
The petitioner by means of this writ petition is claiming that the Managing Director U.P. Project Corporation Limited be directed to ensure the payment of Rs. 20,80,000/- to the petitioner in respect of work which was assigned to the petitioner.
The aforesaid amount is not an admitted amount as per the pleadings in the writ petition. There is no averment that the petitioner has satisfactory completed the work assigned and that the work done by the petitioner has been duly measured and verified.
In view of the above, it is not possible for this Court to issue any direction for payment of the aforesaid amount.
The petitioner in connection with the above has filed representation dated 14.3.2018 before the Managing Director. It will be open to the Managing Director to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
The petition is dismissed accordingly.
