The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the proceedings of case no. 14/96 of 1992 (Jagdamba Prasad versus Kedar Nath and others) under Section 33/39 of Land Revenue Act, may be decided expeditiously within a stipulated time.
It is, therefore, directed that Case No. 14/96 of 1992, under Section 33/39 of Land Revenue Act (Jagdamba Prasad Vs. Kedar Nath and others) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
