Names of three counsels have been shown in the cause list. The first is of Sri Dhruv Narayana, Advocate who is no more, second name is of Sri J.P. Tripathi, who has been sending his illness slips in the past. Sri Sant Ram Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents had also sent his illness slip on 18th April, 2018, whereafter the case was directed to be listed.
Today when the case has been taken up in the revised call, neither counsel for the petitioner nor counsel appearing on behalf of respondents are present. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State is present.
The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
