Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Manoj Kumar Yadav for the Gaon Sabha as also learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Sub Divisional Magistrate/ S.D.M. Shahganj, District Jaunpur decide the application/ suit No.T201914360100652/2016 (Jagdamba Prasad Versus Hariz Imran and others) under Section 24 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 village Shabuddinpur, Pargana Anguli, Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur within stipulated period."
Petitioner is aggrieved on account of pendency of his case under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for demarcation filed in the year 2016.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Sub Divisional Magistrate/ S.D.M. Shahganj, District Jaunpur to endeavour to decide the case of the petitioner as expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
