Petitioner is working as Headmaster in the Junior High School. A resolution has been passed by the Committee of Management for placing him under suspension on 31.1.2018, pursuant to which an order of suspension has been served. Petitioner states that the order of suspension is wholly vague and no definite charge is levelled upon him.
It appears that in respect of such suspension, the petitioner has already approached the District Basic Education Officer by way of a representation on 5.2.2018, which is reported to be pending.
Considering the nature of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not be issued to respondent no.3, and the writ petition is being disposed of, at this stage itself.
Considering the facts and circumstances, stated above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.2, alongwith certified copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined, in accordance with law, by the authority concerned, within a further period of two months, thereafter, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
