None is present for the applicant. Learned A.G.A. is present and submitted that applicant has violated the control order, accordingly, criminal action was taken against him and a F.I.R. was lodged and after investigation charge sheet has been submitted.
The F.I.R. prima facie discloses a cognizable offence and on the basis of material collected during the investigation, charge sheet has been submitted. It is settled principle of law that F.I.R. can be quashed only in rarest of rare cases. There is no sufficient ground to quash the charge sheet at this stage, hence, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is hereby dismissed.
