Learned Advocate Mr. R.M. Meena appearing for the respondents seeks time to file reply. At this stage, learned Advocate Mr. Dave points out that on the day on which no due certificate had been issued, the amount being worked out for the capital portion and the interest portion is Rs.14,98,864/-.
On depositing a sum of Rs. 15,00,000/= within 10 days before this Court, the order of Appellate Court under challenge dated 16.4.2012 shall be stayed qua initiation of the proceedings under the Public Premises Unauthorized Occupation Act, till filing of the reply on 12th June 2012.
