Heard learned counsel for the parties.
An order dated 16.10.2017 came to be passed against the petitioners under Section 38 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, whereby in 1405-08 F, in respect of khatas in question, name of the petitioners came to be deleted so as to be substituted in the name of Ganga river.
Admittedly, this order has not been challenged. On the contrary, order dated 16.10.2017 became a basis for cancellation of the patta of the petitioners.
No jurisdictional error could be demonstrated in cancelling the patta.
The writ petition as framed and filed is dismissed being devoid of merit.
