The applicants are before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for wilful disobedience of the order dated 08.11.2010 passed in Writ C No.27445 of 2007.
Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by Shri A.K. Sachan, learned counsel for the opposite parties that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
