Heard Sri Sudhakar Singh, learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGA for the State.
Learned counsel for the applicants states that the matter is of the year 2007 and perhaps the applicants have lost interest.
It appears that by efflux of time, either the parties have lost their interest in the matter or it has become infructuous.
In view thereof, no purpose would be served in keeping the application pending further, the instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
However, in case, cause of action still survives, liberty is granted to the applicants to file an application for recalling this order.
