This anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant Jagat Bhandari @ Jagat Singh Bhandari, arising out of Case Crime No. 696 of 2020, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Tronica City, District Ghaziabad.
It has been pointed out by learned A.G.A. that after investigation, charge sheet has already been filed in this case, whereupon, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he would go for regular bail , hence some time may be provided.
In view of above, the present anticipatory bail application is rejected.
However, it is provided that if the applicant surrenders and apply for regular bail before the learned court below, his bail application shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously and preferably on the same day, in accordance with law.
