Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to obtain appropriate relief regarding his apprehension of arrest. The present writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh after the petitioner has sought necessary relief regarding his apprehension of arrest in the present case.
