The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 599 of 2013 expeditiously.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that on 19.12.2018 the matter got adjourned on the request of the plaintiff. It further appears that till date even issues have not been framed in the suit.
Having regard to the same, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to ensure disposal of the suit by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
