Petitioner claims that he has superannuated on 21.12.2011 and is being paid pension. His grievance is that the computation of pension is defective inasmuch as benefit of ACP has not been extended to him and the revised pension has also not been released. In this regard petitioner has already represented before the authority concerned but no decision has been taken, and hence this petition.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, writ petition stands disposed of, permitting the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 1 in respect of his grievance within a period of two weeks alongwith certified copy of this order, annexing all materials in support of his claim. The authority concerned shall consider the claim of the petitioner and take an appropriate decision within a period of three months thereafter. All consequential action shall be taken accordingly.
