This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to declare and constitute a new Gram Panchayat by the name of Gram Panchayat Manpur or Gram Panchayat Badpur Uerhar in Block Manda, Tehsil Meja District Allahabad comprising two villages namely Manpur and Badpur Uperhar."
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the record, we do not see any justification to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition, being misconceived, is hereby dismissed.
