Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Petitioners, who are four in number, seek a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jaunpur to decide the Case No. 96 of 2016 under Section 9 of C.P.C., within a stipulated time.
From the records of the present petition it is clear that the petitioner no. 2 was the opposite party in the aforesaid case and no interim order is operating against him, therefore, no interference is warranted. It may also be noticed that the suit has been filed only in the year 2016.
The petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
