ORDER After submitting for a while, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the stage of the case before Trial Court is almost all witnesses are examined and matter is set down for cross examination of Investigating Officer and learned counsel would submit that the petitioner is in custody for two years and above. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that relief sought in bail petition is in order to present defence evidence in S.C.No.27/2016. That prayer of learned counsel does not make any meaning. There is no urgency.
Hence, Petition stands rejected.
