By means of this petition, the petitioner is raising the dispute of boundary and submits that the private respondents are interfering. In case, there is any dispute of boundary, the petitioner has remedy under the Land Revenue Code by filing an appropriate application. In writ proceeding, no such direction can be given.
The writ petition being misconceived is dismissed.
