The following cases are pending on the file of the Family Court, Thrissur. i. M.C.No. 641/2012 filed by the wife for maintenance.
ii.G.O.P. No.2025/2012 filed by the wife for the permanent custody of the child.
2. The following cases are pending on the file of the Family Court, Kottayam.
i. O.P.(HMA)No. 1579/2012 filed by the husband for divorce.
ii. O.P. (G&W) No. 1582/2012 filed by the husband for permanent custody of the child.
3. All the four cases have to be jointly tried since the issues are intertwined. it may be a virtual impossibility for the wife to travel all the way from Thrissur to Kottayam for this purpose. It is particularly so since she has to look after the child aged four years born in the wedlock. It may only be a slight inconvenience Tr.P.(C).. Nos. 517 & 519 of 2013 2 for the husband to travel from Changanassery to Thrissur for this purpose.
4. I therefore order transfer of O.P. (HMA) No. 1579/2012 and O.P.(G&W) No. 1582/2012 from the Family Court, Kottayam to the Family Court, Thrissur. The transferee court shall issue notice to the parties.
Transfer Petitions are disposed of.
