JUDGMENT / ORDER

Both the applicants are life convict and prayed for temporary bail on the ground of sad demise of their real sister, who expired on 18.5.2012 after a prolonged treatment of cancer and so certified by the Gujarat Cancer and Research Institute. Both the applicants have surrendered to jail authority pursuant to their conviction.
Considering over all facts as above and jail record of the applicants, I am inclined to grant temporary bail to the applicants for a period of two weeks from the date of their release on the applicants furnishing a personal bond of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) EACH to the satisfaction of the jail authority and that they shall surrender to the jail authority in time on completion of above period of temporary bail and further shall mark presence once in a week before nearest Police Station during the above period of temporary bail.
Rule is made absolute.
