The contention of counsel for the petitioner is that he has been issued a notice by the Tehsildar to appear before him and to make his submissions as regards, some correction in the khatauni.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no material and therefore, he is not in a position to make any submission before the Tehsildar.
Under the circumstances and in view of the statement made, which is also stated to have been filed in writing before the Tehsildar, nothing needs to be done by this Court for the petitioner.
The version of the petitioner has already been furnished before the Tehsildar, consequent to the notice issued by him. The petitioner may therefore, await the final order that may be passed by the Tehsildar.
Subject to the above, this writ petition is dismissed.
