Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner who is a contractor for loading -unloading, transaction of food grain of Food Corporation of India, had submitted his tender along with security amount which has not been refunded. Being aggrieved thereof, the instant writ petition has been filed.
Accordingly without entering into the merits of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with direction that if the petitioner moves a representation before the competent authority, raising his grievances as raised in the writ petition within a period of one month from today, the competent authority shall decide the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of presentation of the representation along with the certified copy of this order.
